1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of the website arisavo.com (the “Site”), operated by Arisavo (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Site content
The Site is provided for general information about our company and services. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or professional advice. We try to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
3. Services and project agreements
We provide software engineering services only under a separate written agreement or statement of work that defines the scope, schedule, fees and responsibilities of each project. If these terms conflict with such an agreement, the agreement prevails for that project.
4. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry through the contact form or by email does not create a contract and does not oblige either party to enter into one. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can, and we may decline an enquiry that is not a good fit. How we handle the information you send is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and code of the Site belong to Arisavo or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site and share its links, but you may not copy, modify or redistribute its content without our prior written permission. Ownership of work delivered in a project is governed by the project agreement.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Site you agree not to:
- use it for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
- send spam, malicious content or false information through the contact form;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers, or disrupt their operation;
- use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the Site.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or use services provided by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, and to the extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of any kind regarding the Site.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with its update date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to them or to the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Japan.
